The Preservation Annex was an integral part of the Haifa Master Plan HF-2000, commissioned by the Municipality of Haifa and the Israel National Planning Authority. As Conservation consultant to the planning team, we defined an approach to Haifa’s heritage themes, and a statutory delineation of Conservation Areas and Monuments.
